“Mistah” is a widely known word for those who graduated at the Philippine Military Academy. The meaning of the said term connotes that a certain individual was a classmate or graduated from the same year from PMA. The term relives the past of each soldier by embracing the memories of all the hardships in the training during the plebe year.
This ‘shared’ relationship and sense of respect is the force that drives this foundation – a sense of oneness that draws the ties that bind, like a mother to her children, for Filipinos amongst Filipinos. People uniting for good causes. Bonding In the true spirit of camaraderie, Mistah Foundation works to build up and uphold the values of servant-leadership and nation-building through its network of military, police, other public safety workers, in collaboration with their friends and supporters in the Philippines and abroad.

The global Filipino is a citizen of the world who proudly traces his heritage from the Philippines. He is a patriot of the Global Filipino nation, which consists of the 95M Filipinos who live in the Philippines and the 14 million spread across the globe.
Mistah foundation envisions a collaborative network of “MISTAH” members and their supporters locally and abroad — promoting the values of a camaraderie, servant-leadership, and nation building towards the development of a global filipino nation. Furthermore, this includes former Filipinos by birth who are naturalized in the U.S. and other countries.
