I take it as a great honor and privilege to be invited and inducted as one of the Directors of this charitable Foundation. The basic aim and objective of Mistah Foundation — to help those in need— is an advocacy that brings me back to my days of formation in the Seminary. Back then, every summer, we were sent to different parishes to undertake catechisms and apostolate works to nearby and far-flung barangays in the Bicol Region Area.

We were their vehicles that provided for their spiritual nourishment through various religious and spiritual activities. Once again, through this Foundation, I am given that opportunity to embark in a similar task, albeit with a different platform, that would provide and assist those who have less in life and be a beacon of hope by sharing with them some of the temporal needs that we could muster through various activities. I look forward to a meaningful and collaborative work with my co-Directors and members of this Foundation.
