As the soil moistened by an occasional rain shower, it is good to put up trees in place too. Thus the foundation relishes to engaged it’s thought for the environment on planting more trees.

In connection with this the MISTAH Foundation headed by CDR Richard Tamayo Gubatan Sr. (PN) (Res) , South Central Pangasinan Adventist Youth Association ( Some part of Aguilar, San Carlos, Bayambang and Urbiztindo Youth Association) with the collaborative effort of Knight Warriors Rider Club (KWRC) Pangasinan, together expressed and made the care for the environment bolder last August 14, 2022 at Brgy. Laoag Sitio Mapita, Aguilar, Pangasinan.

The campaign was opened with a devotional timed 6:30 in the morning , led by the Adventist Youth and their Pastor, after that was a quick preparation where everyone grab the light breakfast that was prepared for the team by the foundation and the supportive parents of the Youth Association. Then as

everyone’s seen prepared hand in hand the team go uphill through a truck ride then take a 10mins. walk to the planting station.

After a couple of hours planting the next part of the prepared program was the appreciation portion, wherein a certificate was awarded to the volunteers and of course to the foundation as gratefulness in showcasing kindness not only to the nature but also in humanity and was closed by a Prayer through Pastor Atienzar who says “As steward of God, tree planting is one way on how we could express our obedience to Him.”

The project was officially ended through an eating fellowship and this made us see that tree planting is not just a program but a gathering that promotes unity and builds relationship not only with those we have meet in the way but between nature and humanity.
