MISTAH House-to-House Relief Operation in Aguilar, Pangasinan

Aguilar, Pangasinan – On the 10th of April, 2021, following the efficient donation of face masks and face shields in the Municipality of Aguilar, Pangasinan. Cdr. Richard T. Gubatan PN(Res) learned about the 200 families who were subjected to home quarantine by the local government.
MISTAH Foundation staff packed the food rations intended for each quarantined household. Included in the package were rice, noodles, canned goods, milk, biscuits, coffee, face masks and face shields.
The next morning, the MISTAH staff together with Local Government Unit of Mapita, Pagasinan and CAA personnel headed out to deliver the food packs to the quarantined families.

Some barangays let the team hand out the rations personally, but due to the COVID-19 protocols of some barangays they were asked to just leave the food packs in care of the Barangay Council for the deliveries. The team understood the situation and thanked the Barangay Councils for keeping up with the health guidelines that the government had imposed for the safety of everybody.
The team went home full of joy and left the quarantined families with smile in their faces.
