GREEN THOUGHTS: A “Tree Planting” Project

The verdant hand of MISTAH’S
President CDR Richard Tamavo
Gubatan Sr. (PN) (Res) led the raising of the green flag for another planting project implemented at the mountainous part of the municipality of Aguilar, Pangasinan.
This Project was held in the 24th
day of May and 18th day of June 2022 (a date of two in a consecutive month).
With this event to successfully carry it on, Fiscal Restituto Dumlao and family, City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Bonuan, Dagupan City, Hon. Claro Carpizo, Domingo Padlan, DZRD Dagupan City, Knight Warriors Rider Club (KWRC), and Calasciao Air gun Shooters Association (CASA) together coursed the stiff mountains of Brgy. Laoag Sitio Mapita Aguilar, Pangasinan.
The location was the so called little Baguio of the town, wherein the road was a little bumpy and winding, and this took the team 40mins. to reach the planting station, 10mins. from the town center to the
nurserv area a 30mins ride from there to the
roadside and a 10mins. walk up and down hill to finallv reacn the planting point.
The event was officially opened by a briefing, telling of instructions and the planned strategies. Then an
appreciation message by tne roundation s president.
And ot course a moment to pose together for the
photo librarv to be back on to
The President of the foundation cares not onlv for the environment but also to humanitv, thus betore,
during and after the dav ot hands on task meals for evervone were readily served.
In addition to this event, which is resulted in 2days of commitment 1500 seedlings were planted and the success was celebrated by having a sumptuous meal together
